You talk through the options, then someone sits down with you and goes through the numbers and finance. No waiting for a letter.

Invisalign straightens your teeth using a series of clear, removable aligners made to fit your teeth precisely.
Each set moves your teeth a small, planned amount. You wear one set for a week or two, then move to the next, and gradually your teeth travel from where they are now to where your plan says they should be. You wear them for around 20 to 22 hours a day and take them out to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush.
There are no brackets glued to your teeth and no wires to tighten. You come in for reviews so we can check your teeth are tracking to plan, and at the end you move into retainers to hold everything in place.
How long it takes depends entirely on your teeth. Some cases take a few months, others considerably longer. Your dentist will give you an honest estimate at your consultation rather than a number designed to sound good.
Very rarely. The aligners are clear and fit closely, so unless someone is looking hard at your teeth they tend not to notice. It is the main reason adults choose them.
There is usually some pressure and tenderness for a day or two each time you change to a new set. Most patients describe it as an awareness that something is moving rather than discomfort, and it settles quickly. If anything is bothering you, tell us and we will sort it.

Then we will say so. Some cases are better treated with fixed braces, and our team fits both metal and ceramic braces as well as clear aligners. You will still leave with a plan and honest advice, and your deposit is still refunded.
No. The saving applies if you go ahead at your appointment that week, so it is worth coming in ready to make a decision. But nobody will push you, and your plan is yours to take away either way.
