I am very satisfied with my doctor. Although I usually find it difficult to feel comfortable with doctors I don’t know, he managed the situation very well — professional, polite, and with a good sense of humor. The whole team is polite and welcoming. However, I would suggest reviewing the current policy regarding appointment cancellations or rescheduling, as unexpected situations can happen to anyone.

Today was my first experience of a private dentist appointment at Friends Dental Practice with Dr Jaume. Really lovely welcoming feel, I felt at ease straight away and Dr Jaume did a great job explaining my x-ray and my treatment options going forward. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first treatment with Dr Kalpana. I told her I was nervous and she was brillant. Checked on me throughout treatment and told me to raise my hand if I needed her to stop. I can honestly say I didn’t feel anything once numb. She did such a good job on my front tooth that now looks better than it has in years!

Great experience from initial appointment made on phone, to the welcome received at reception to being made to feel relaxed by dental nurse and dentist. Consultation with Dr Alba was thorough and she took time to explain treatment plan. My first visit to a dentist in 4 years so was feeling apprehensive but I needn’t of worried.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist until I joined Friends. The staff are all so welcoming and my dentist, Doctor Alba, is lovely and also very thorough. I don’t feel like a burden as I have done with some other dentists, and she explains everything clearly. Hands down the best dentist and surgery.

Had a lovely appointment today with Bala and Taylor. They were both so kind and lovely and help me feel at ease. I have been seeing Bala regularly as after having my first baby my gums were swollen and over the years they got progressively worse. Bala was so supportive and honest about what I needed to do between appointments to help - she helped me learn how to use interdental brushes and tuft brushes, and this advice along with regular hygienist appointments have helped heal my gums. No other hygienist has been this supportive with help educating me - I went from essentially have stage 4 gum disease to now they are nearly back to normal - so so happy. Will never go to another dentist x
