I am very satisfied with my doctor. Although I usually find it difficult to feel comfortable with doctors I don’t know, he managed the situation very well — professional, polite, and with a good sense of humor. The whole team is polite and welcoming. However, I would suggest reviewing the current policy regarding appointment cancellations or rescheduling, as unexpected situations can happen to anyone.

Are you accepting new patients at Friends Dental Practice?

Yes, we are currently accepting new private patients at our Norwich dental practice. Patients visit us for routine dental care as well as cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, composite bonding and dental implants.

How much is a new patient dental examination?

We currently offer a new patient dental examination for £45. This includes a full dental check-up and oral health assessment. X-rays may be recommended where required.

Do you offer free cosmetic consultations?

Yes. We offer free consultations for cosmetic treatments including Invisalign in Norwich, composite bonding and teeth whitening. A £20 refundable deposit is taken when booking and returned when you attend.

What areas do you serve around Norwich?

Patients visit Friends Dental Practice from across Norwich as well as surrounding areas including NR7, Thorpe St Andrew, Old Catton and Sprowston.

Do you offer emergency dentist appointments?

Yes. We aim to offer same day appointments for dental emergencies whenever possible so patients can receive prompt care.
