MEET THE TEAM
Anjali trained at the University of Bristol and qualified in 2004. She worked in both general practice and hospital settings in Devon for 11 years before moving to Norfolk in 2015.
She joined the practice in February, 2016.
Her specialist interests include composite restorations (tooth coloured fillings) and endodontics (root canal treatment).
Anjali is married with a young daughter and in her spare time enjoys cooking & baking, arts & crafts, exploring the outdoors and reading.
Dr Carlos qualified in Portugal (Coimbra University) in 2006, moved to and started working in Norwich in 2007.
He is keen on most areas of dentistry and already places crowns over Implants, with a view to start placing Implants in the near future. His thorough explanation of treatments and approachable personality make patients very relaxed.
Carlos has 2 young daughters, and in his free time enjoys playing football, squash and watching Formula 1.
He started working at the practice in October 2017 on Tuesdays and Fridays, and from May 2018 will work Monday to Friday.
Peggy (Pelagia) entered the dental sector in 2011. Having a science background with a degree in Biomedical Science she obtained the certificate in Dental Nursing and an extended duties certificate in Dental Radiography.
After successfully completing the Dental Hygiene and Therapy course at king's college hospital (London) and presenting her dissertation on Orthodontics and Oral hygiene she obtained the Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2015. After her qualification, she attended a recognised teeth whitening course for Dental Hygienists and Therapists and she got her certificate from the British Dental Bleaching Society.
Peggy is keeping her knowledge up to date by regularly attending national and international conferences and study days organised by the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists, the British Association of Dental Therapists and the British Society of Periodontology. Alongside her clinical work, she has been working for the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses as a dental nurse examiner.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the theatre, reading books, travelling and practicing her sills in photography.
My name is Elaine Ann Kenneally. I was born and raised in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, where I started my Dental Nursing Career in 1980.
I married and moved to Norwich in 1984. Continuing to work as a Dental Nurse, I attained my Certificate in Dental Surgery Assisting, NEBDSA in May 1986.
After six years Dental Nursing, I chose to become a full-time Mum to my three children (now young adults). During that period, I worked as a Registered Child Minder, attained a Diploma in Pre-School Practice and worked on a Saturday for Studio Norwich Photographers.
Fifteen years later, in May 2002, I returned to Dental Nursing at this practice and have been working Full Time as a committed and loyal employee to the present day.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family - walking, swimming, Cinema, Theatre, music, dancing and a glass of good wine!
Selina started at the practice as a trainee in 2009 and qualified in 2012 with an NVQ
level 3 in dental nursing. I have a keen interest in orthodontics and enjoy gaining new skills in my profession.
Outside of work I have 3 young children to keep me busy and enjoy spending quality time with my family. In my spare time I like reading books and crochet.

Sally Johnson became a dental nurse in 1982 and gained her RDN qualification in 1986.
Sally has worked at Friends Dental Practice since 2005.
In her spare time Sally enjoys walking her dog and horse riding. Sally also is a volunteer at Broadland riding for the disabled where she is training to become a coach.
Started dental nursing in 2005, obtained NEBDN qualification in 2008. Qualified as an Oral Health Educator in 2010.
Started working at Friend's Dental Practice since 2012 and has since qualified to take dental impressions and fluoride application amongst other duties.
Outside of work I volunteer at the Children's Centre providing oral health education to mothers and carers of children aged 0-5 years. I also attend nurseries, pre-schools and workshops to promote good oral hygiene and healthy eating habits.
I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoy dancing, live bands and riding supermoto's.
